TRAINING THIS WEEK
April 29, 2026

April 29 - Regular Training Night

This Wednesday will be a Training Progress Check-in. The night will be dedicated to one-on-one support with your Level Officer/Warrant as cadets will be given time to work on checklist submissions during the night as we wrap up the training year. This is a chance to update your submissions so that they can count towards promotions at the final CO's Parade in June and complete their training level. Cadets who are on track to completing their checklists will participate in an activity night. Cadets may bring laptops/tablet to work on their submissions. Note that the squadron is not responsible for lost/damaged items.

Arrival time is 1830hrs at Béatrice-Desloges Catholic High School. Dress is FTU.

If you can't attend a training night for any reason, please fill out the notice of absence form.

SUPPLY ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • If you were promoted at CO’s parade, bring your 3 slip-ons to exchange them for 3 slip-ons displaying your new rank: 1 for your FTU tunic, 2 for your blue dress shirt (2 more for those issued the winter parka: mainly cadets involved in Band).  If you missed CO’s parade, see Supply Staff to obtain your rank badges & to switch your slip-ons.

  • Supply is always accepting uniform exchange requests.  If you're not sure what size you need, tell us what item you need, take a photo of the white tag for the item you're returning and whether you'd like taller/shorter and larger/smaller at the waist/chest etc.  We'll do our best to find the correct sizes and bring them as soon as we are able to.  Email Supply to ask for a uniform exchange.

Training Reminder - Level Qualification Checklist Submissions

As we head towards the conclusion of the training year, cadets are reminded to ensure all of their level checklist items are submitted as soon as possible.  This is required in order for submissions to be counted towards their level completions and for promotions at the final CO’s Parade of the year. All required submissions must be submitted no later than May 20.

Cadets who have questions or require assistance are to contact their Level Officer. Please note that cadets with more than two years of incomplete training will not advance to the next training level in the September, making it essential to address any outstanding items now to avoid being held back next training year. Any questions regarding checklist submissions should be directed up the chain of command.
