Training

Cadets are still able to complete their current training level if they have not yet done so. Cadets with outstanding checklist items are permitted to continue to submit checklist items up until June 24th, at which time the online submission form will be closed for the summer.  The form will re-open in September at the start of the new training year.

It should be noted that any items cadets wish to submit after June 24th, will need to be tracked by the cadets and submitted once the online checklist form re-opens in September.

------------

Keep an eye out for summer activities posted in the General Teams Channel, such as the GACA BBQ and Marie-France Lalonde's Community Corn Roast and BBQ, as well as the announcement for the date of the first training night in September.

Supply

  • Although the training year is over, Supply Staff will be available Wednesday June 17 in the Béatrice-Desloges school cafeteria, only from 6pm to 6:45pm, to offer the following services:
    - Collect uniform parts for cadets graduating or not returning next training year (all can keep blue t-shirt & grey socks, graduating cadets can also keep blue tunic/wedge/beret as souvenir, make sure to return white accoutrements and rank brassard).
    - Collect uniform parts borrowed for CO’s parade and/or ACR (ie wedge, tie, nametag, etc).
    - Provide rank badges to those who missed their promotion at CO’s parade held on June 03.
    - Exchange 3 rank slip-ons/epaulettes for the new rank.

  • Uniform exchanges are always possible, especially for cadets listed for summer camps, simply contact Capt Arnold and/or OCdt Meed.

  • We accumulated a few Lost & Found items throughout the training year, mainly at FTX & ACR.  See photos and advise if anything if yours, otherwise items will be donated to clear from our storage locker.
