Second to None.

632 Phoenix Squadron is proudly based out of Orleans, Ontario.

Since it was founded on January 1st, 1991, the squadron has become one of the largest youth organizations in East Ottawa. Aside from participating in fundraising activities, the program is at no cost to the cadet. This is one of the many reasons cadets has been acclaimed the "best kept secret". Cadets that have transitioned through the program successfully have found themselves better prepared for the challenges and opportunities that come in their adulthood. We conduct leadership exercises so that young cadets gain the right attitude, reputation and skills to help them succeed in their education, career and other life goals.

Adult Leadership Team

The Squadron leadership team is a group of military, civilian and senior cadets responsible for the implementation of the Air Cadet program, including the planning and execution of the required training program and additional squadron activities.

Squadron Sponsoring Committee

In every Air Cadet Squadron, the Squadron Sponsoring Committee (SSC) represents the Air Cadet program within the local community, to provide support and to make necessary arrangements for squadron activities. It's made up of a group of civilians working along the squadron staff.

The cadet program, in partnership with the Canadian Armed Forces and local organizations, offers its members a fun, challenging and safe environment to practice a range of practical skills and develop leadership and citizenship qualities. We deliver regular, structured weekly training program as well as optional activities where cadets will find themselves participating in a whole host of activities such as: aviation training, survival training, physical fitness, music training, military drill, marksmanship and so much more!

Learn more about our optional activities on our Optional Activities page.

Being a member of the cadet program can be rewarding in more ways than one!

The program provides you access to a variety of different resources and benefits that assist our members both during and after completing the Air Cadet Program.

Learn more about these benefits on our Benefits of Participation page.
