Shipping fulfillment policy
Orders placed on the KitShop can take 2 to 4 weeks to process. A confirmation email will be sent to the
customer once the SSC has received the item(s) purchased.
Items will be available for pick up on a
regular training night (Wednesday). All costs associated with shipping have been included in the final cost.

No Refund Policy

Change or Cancellation of Orders
Once an order for a product or service has been placed through the KitShop website, it cannot be changed, modified, or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing the transaction.

Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe that an unauthorized transaction has occurred on your account, please contact your banking institution immediately. Unfortunately, we do not have resources to investigate this.
