These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the KitShop (632 Squadron Sponsoring Committee (SSC)). By accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the KitShop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. The SSC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

Volunteer Eligibility
The KitShop website is monitored by SSC volunteers with the 632 cadets. Individuals accessing the Site must be authorized members of the committee and commit to fulfilling their volunteer responsibilities.

User Accounts
Users may be assigned accounts to access certain features of the Site. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property
All content on the KitShop, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the SCC or 632 air cadets or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Use of Information
By volunteering with the SSC, you grant the committee the right to use any content or information you provide for promotional and communication purposes related to the committee's activities.

The SSC respects your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and disclose information.

Code of Conduct
Volunteers are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a positive and respectful environment. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in the termination of volunteer privileges.

Limitation of Liability
The SSC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Site.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with running a volunteer organization. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario and Canada.
